Join us in congratulating Cougar alum Chandler McCaffrey who was recently recognized by the University of Mississippi with the prestigious Taylor Medal. Chandler, class of 2021, is a graduate of Ole Miss who received his BS in Applied Gerontology with a minor in Recreation Therapy just last week. He is also a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. The Taylor Medal is awarded to no more than 1% of the student body at Ole Miss and Chandler is the second cougar alum to receive the award this year. Students are nominated for outstanding scholarship (GPA of 3.90 or higher) in their particular field combined with superior work in all of their other subjects. Chandler has also been accepted into the accelerated Nursing BSN program in Oxford and will begin in August. We are so proud of our cougar alumni and can’t wait to see more of their future success!
